Inspiration comes in all shapes, sizes and moments. Volunteering in the Emergency Department at A.I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, De for over six years, has been one of the most rewarding experiences and so needed in the hospital. I have met many brave and special children and their wonderful parents.
Times may have changed, but my observation is that children continue to need love, nurturing, good role models and books that are fun!
